Return, Exchange and Warranty

At Shabanpoor International Trading, your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within seven days from date of delivery for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.


  1. Refund and exchange is possible only if the products are returned without any scratch or damage.

  2. All returns/exchanges must be brand new and accompanied with all of the original packaging, paperwork and receipt. Bicycles must be in showroom condition. Subject to manager's approval. 

  3. Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund.

  4. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.

  5. Any product purchased within seven days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, as applicable.

  6. The process can take up to four business days.

  7. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.

  8. If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking and servicing fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.

  9. If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.

  10. Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Voucher.

  11. Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.

  12. Special order items are not refundable.

  13. Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.


Warranty Returns: We are sorry your product is defective.  We will be happy to handle your warranty for products purchased in our locations. Please be aware process time may vary depending on the manufacturer or vendor. (Some vendor restrictions apply.)
